Incontinence
It is common that with aging there is a loss of bladder control. Medical conditions such as diabetes, menopause for women, and an enlarged prostate in men can also contribute to incontinence.
How to promote bladder & urinary tract health:
Going to the bathroom regularly
Maintaining a healthy weight
Avoid smoking
Do Kegel exercises this requires you to tighten your pelvic floor muscles, hold the contraction for five seconds, and then relax for five seconds. Try it four or five times in a row. Work up to keeping the muscles contracted for 10 seconds at a time, relaxing for 10 seconds between contractions
