Pharmacist

The role of a pharmacist can vary depending in which area they practice. Their responsibilities can range from patient care, dispensing medications, monitoring patient health and progress, maximizing the response of medications taken by the individual. They also play a role in educating individuals about over-the-counter and prescription medications as well as playing an advisory role with physicians, nurses, and various health professions on making medication/drug decisions. They aim to: cure disease, eliminate and reduce symptoms of disease, slow down a disease process as well as preventing and diagnosing diseases.
