Medical imaging allows doctors to have an internal view of the human body. There are a variety of scans available that highlights structures and any on-goings occurring within the body. The type of imaging scans used depends highly on the symptoms and body part that will be examined. The type of scans and their explanations available on this site are:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It is important to be aware of the nature of each scan as they can vary in the numerous ways. However, majority of scans are uncomplicated and trouble-free.
